Started in 2016 when we got tired of watching companies blow money on tactics that didn't stick. Three of us decided to do something different: actually measure everything, question every assumption, and admit when something isn't working. From 7 clients that first year to 47 today, we've stayed small on purpose. That's kept us honest. We've pivoted our own strategies dozens of times. We've killed campaigns that looked good on paper but didn't move the needle. That experience taught us more than any certification could.
